These are returned to manufacturers that recycle more than 80% back into carpet and pads and use the rest for energy recovery.

This company, owner and sales rep are all crooked. Matt is crooked, Moses is crooked. These people are a joke. Up charge you and sub out all the work for a fraction of what they charged. No one in that company itself can even install quarter round/shoe mold. These guys are a joke please stay away

This is the absolute worst excuse for a flooring company I have ever witnessed. Not only did the company use such poor quality products that the floors didn't even stay glued down for a month, but they failed to fix the floors - TWICE. I literally have video here of them conspiring to cut corners and do exactly what they were told not to do, which was spot fix the floors instead of replacing them! Sleazy and incompetent is not a great combination, but lying about the services you provide and charging your customers for a different service - now that may be something an attorney should help with

We had Luxury vinyl installed in Columbia by Elite flooring. Instead of installing the vinyl that is plastic all the way through they installed a vinyl overlay of particle board. We had the cleaners clean the home and we walked it with the new tenants and edges of the flooring were coming up showing the particle board. We called Elite flooring and they sent a guy out to supposedly replace the issues but he never did. Elite never called us back to tell us what was going on. I can’t begin to describe the aftermath/fallout that occurred In our home due to the horrid installation technique used when we upgraded our carpet to hardwoods with this company. In the first couple of years after installation I noticed a baseboard that had bowed from the wall. I initially didn’t attribute it to the flooring, we spent countless hours and then countless dollars trying to locate a leak in plumbing that could have cause this issue because it looked warped like something damaged with water. Our builder, AR paragon Homes used this flooring company for our custom build job. We were out of town owners and trusted Paragon Supervisor to ensure his subs were doing a quality job and inspect their work before they took all our money. It took months and months of meetings and workers at my house to try and correct the problems they created. Grout haze left on bathroom and basement tile floors, does not come out with normal cleaning. dirty shower stalls, shampoo niches added on slant so that bottles fell of shelf. Grout not level between tiles, corners and bullnose didn't match color, corners

My Builder mentioned Elite Flooring confirmed my flooring is upto industry standards after they fixed my 4 X Wooden planks (25-30 feet) due to concrete crack under the wooden planks..
They came in two times to fix this ..removed the old wooden planks and replaced new ones. New wooden planks, doesn't even match with my exiting planks, uneven with existing flooring, splinters between old and new planks, Sharp edges too.. there are so many issues.. i can't explain.. please see pictures below.. is the industry standard? Never

This company installed my carpet when my house was built in 2015. After a few years, the carpet started to bunch up. I contacted my builder, who then referred me to the company who installed the carpet, Elite Flooring.
The carpet needed repair as it had become a hazard. I emailed the sales representative to request (paid) service but got no response. Then I tried calling.
