Company safety meetings are held once a week, two of which are led in partnership with Safety Compliance Company, an independent safety consultant. Also, when necessary, we hold safety meetings at job sites where we're currently working. We provide hands-on training for our roofers and require them to be certified in CPR, with re-certification every two years.

All I can say is beyond horrible of people working for this company. Especially Tammy. I work in Accounts Payables at a Property Management Company and rest assured my company will NEVER be doing business wit this SHADY company ever again! You are not going to have good roof for the long run, if the company can't fix your leaks and other issues in timely manner during warranty time.!

I had a couple small leaks on my house, no big deal, Midwest came over and told me I had termite damage in another area. I figured it was a typical upsale, so I went up and looked with them. I've had termite issues in previous residences so I know what it looks like, and I had it, bad. The damage they found was completely on the other side of my roof, and sandwiched between a chimney and another wall. They fixed my initial problem, and this tough to find and hard to get at problem, all for less than a quote I had for just my original issue. Darren was very honest and helpful. Highly recommend

I've been a homeowner for 40 years and have had experiences with various roofing companies, but Midwest is the best ever! The job I used Midwest for was to remove all of the existing concrete tiles from my roof, remove and replace the old underlayment, and remove and replace all rotted wood, and reset all of the concrete tiles ... a BIG job.

Will never use this company again. Hired them to install a new roof, rain gutter & downspout. The rain gutter was installed sloped AWAY from the downspout! All of the water went to the low end and was spilling over the garage door. How incompetent can you be to run water AWAY from the downspout? In the process re-roofing, they severely damaged my fireplace chimney and did not tell me. The metal flue to the fireplace was broken IN THE WALL of the house, allowing flames to enter the structure of the home. I had to have a chimney company come out and do a complete repair. I got several other bids and I felt the owner Christian was the most honest and fair with his opinion on what needed to be done with the roof and what it would cost us. The crew was on time, so friendly but most of all hard working and they tried their best to even be conscious of the fact we had two sleeping babies around lunch time! Hands down best experience for something

Midwest Roofing was really a great company to work with! They were very attentive to my specific requests and really put me at ease with the whole process. I had Midwest Roofing install the roof at my home this year and I couldn't be happier. The estimator, Christian was knowledgeable, helpful, and very easy to get a hold of throughout the whole process. The crew was fast, communicated well, and left the site clean after each work day. I have been through many construction projects in the past, but this one was more complicated than most, since it required multiple trades working together to get everything done right, and in a timely manner. I highly recommend Midwest Roofing and will be contacting them for my upcoming commercial projects.

I have called numerous times within about 45 days but never did I get a call back and I just feel like I am begging them to take my business!!! I would not recommend this place at all. I signed a contract for a completely new roof with solar panels last fall; the work was completed in January -- and I still do not have functioning solar power. The process of getting a solar system approved by the city and DWP is admittedly labyrinthine, but Midwest promised when they bid on the job that they would help me navigate it. They have not.

WOW - Midwest Roofing did an incredible job replacing our garage roof and fixing an issue we had on the roof on our house. Lorenzo came out and thoroughly problem solved the issue on our house roof. The garage was a slightly complicated job, so Lorenzo had a supervisor come out so they could give us an accurate estimate and make sure the job was going to completed the way we wanted. Their roofers were real craftsman who took pride in their work. The supervisor came by several times to check on the job. The workers cleaned up well when they were finished. Lorenzo was a great communicator throughout

What makes me feel good about them and gives them another star is that because of my house, my neighbor down the street had a small portion of there house re-roofed. Finishing a roof that started several years ago. They were very pleased with the roof and I'm glad they used them based on my referral.
