Just lucky to have contacted Mike at DFC Roofing and my world got a lot happier. I had been scammed by a non-licensed roofer who had stopped in the middle of a roof repair, and left only tar paper on my condominium roof for four weeks.
Mike explained that should never have happened, re-installed new shingles, and gave me a lot of advice about the duties of a licensed roofer that I have used since then. I call Mike for all my roofing projects even though I have moved 25 miles away.

We would give Dyna-Flow Corp. and Mike McKenna zero stars if we could. Mike was contracted by our General Contractor to correct siding installation defects on our home. Mike did not thoroughly inspect our siding. Instead, he quoted us on fixing the issues our GC told him about. Mike subcontracted another person to do the work. As the work was being corrected on our house, the subcontractor found various other issues with our siding installation (potential water issues). These issues should have been found if Mike had done a thorough inspection. After the contracted work for Dyna-Flow was complete

We weren't sure if we needed gutter repair or replacement. I had a difficult time getting responses from other companies and the ones that did come out only quoted new gutter replacement. Fortunately our realtor and friend referred us to Mike at DFC Roofing. Mike came out to take a look the same day we spoke and got back to me that the gutters could probably be repaired but he wouldn't be positive until he started the work. After being bamboozled by a storm-chasing company. My mom used Mike McKenna 30 years ago, we decided to call and see if he was still in business and to our luck he was! He came out and assessed EVERYTHING--Our house roof, garage roof, soffit and fascia, gutters, downspouts – you name it! He even went into our attic to check it out! Mike was here a few hours talking to us about options. Talk about turnaround, we had quote for everything that night! He was honest with us telling us we didn’t need to do certain items. Me and my wife just called DFC due to a leak in our roof. We had just recently purchased this home and thought it was going to be a nightmare to get this fixed. We called DFC out to investigate a leak we had on the back side of our house. They came out promptly and provided us a quote. Tom was very upfront and honest with us and said that they could try and fix the problem but couldn't guarantee it wouldn't leak 2 months, 2 years, etc. down the road. The other option was to replace that side of the roof, remove the siding to correctly replace the flashing's, which is what we did. We couldn't be happier! The came out within a couple of days and took care of the problem. When completed Tom sent me about a dozen pictures of all the repairs

The guys at DFC were nothing but professional. Tom and Mike spent over 4 hours at our home on several different occasions, reviewing current conditions (at the time) and the best options for our budget. They gave us sound / solid advice. We went with them for a new roof, gutters and siding. They replaced the rotted wood on the roof as well as the wood trim around the house, all areas were in dire need of replacement and we wouldn't have known it unless they had pointed it out. This is the second time I've had Tom come out, because my roof is easily damaged when we have high winds. He is honest, kind, and gets the job done quickly. DFC Roofing is truly outstanding! We had storm damage to our house and had to have our roof, siding and gutters replaced. They did an exceptional job and we couldn’t be happier.
