I was hit by a tornado in June. I asked my son,who he used when he needed house repairs. He said “call Apex Exteriors” so I did. David Downs was the first person I met. He came out right away and saw the damage that has been done to my house. He was out even before the insurance adjuster. When we got the quote back from insurance, he said it wasn’t right and things shouldn’t be just patched but put back to they way they were before the tornado. He put in a call to David Coppes who met another adjuster at my house. Together they walked all over the roof and all around the house to look at

We used this company on multiple occasions and they exceeded expectations each time in all regards. Mr. Zuck (estimator) always provided quick and fair estimates. He is polite, kind, knowledgeable and professional and will go out of his way to help. The crews that completed the projects were also punctual and professional and delivered outstanding service without exception. They were also acomodating when we needed fast repairs. Overall, they are the best in the field.

A couple years ago David Downs helped us replace our siding and gutters through insurance due to a hail storm. He made the process so easy and painless. The work was excellent and completed in a timely manner. Most recently my mother was in need of a new roof. She was receiving outrageous quotes from other companies. I remembered what David had done for us and gave him a call. David inspected the roof and let her know she qualified to have it replaced under her insurance. From start to finish Apex was very professional. David Downs who gave us our estimate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Chad the Foreman of our roofing crew was very kind and took the time to explain what was going to happen for the day. The roofers were very polite and professional. They covered all our flowers and bushes with tarps before beginning. Their 6 crew was done in about 7.5hrs with our entire roof. Once finished they cleaned everything up and it was immaculate. Our new roof looks fantastic and we truly appreciate their professionalism from start to finish. Definitely recommend

I hired Apex Exterior to replace my roof, gutters and fascia almost 6 years ago. They did not complete the job based on the contract they wrote, signed and were paid to do. As a result of their negligence I now have mold in my attic. I have given them an opportunity to correct this matter however have just heard their excuses and then nothing from them. Not only did they not do the job they were paid for but they didn't do it correctly at the beginning to avoid problems down the road. Mike and the team did a wonderful job with our home and I highly recommend them. We needed all new flashing on our windows, drip caps along the sides of our house, and siding repair from water damage. Mike came out a did a thorough review, made great recommendations and quoted us an extremely fair price for the amount of work involved. Just had our roof replaced by Apex. Brian did a great job with the estimate and scheduling. They also provide you with the info on how to deal with Com Ed if you need electric wires covered. The crew was polite and helpful when I needed to get in or out of the house while they were working. Done in 2 days and nice job on the clean-up too.

I contracted with APEX Exteriors for the replacement of my aging Cedar Shake roof with DaVinci Bella Forte Shakes. Given the complexity of this roofing system, hiring a professional is crucial and APEX Exteriors delivered an exceptional result.

I was referred to Apex by my girlfriend who had her roof done with this company previously and said the service, quality, cost and timeliness of work was on point. Had a great experience working with Apex on a new roof and insulation in the attic. We worked with Ken to have him give us a quote and he was super friendly and knowledgeable and always prompt. The guys did a great job ripping the old roof off and installing the new one and leaving our yard spotless when they were done. Isidro was a fabulous site manager and very friendly to work with the days that they were here working. I would recommend their services very highly!

Apex is an amazing company... hard workers from start to finish. From your first call they take care of you. Setting up an estimate was a breeze, they even send you a confirmation e-mail with the picture of the estimator who is coming to your home. How cool is that. The estimator came out and gave me a fair honest assessment of my roof and I plan on replacing it next spring. And the courtesy and professionalism of Apex they have my business. My deck contractor brought Apex in to check my flat roofs. Apex made a recommendation that was virtually identical to that of their competitor. Apex pointed out the fact that their roofing membrane was superior to other materials at the same cost. The sales/estimator (I forget his name) went out to his truck to calculate the price. He quoted us a bit over $24,000. When I told him to forget about the job, he asked me what price I had in mind.
We dismissed Apex, as we had already received a quote from a top roofing contractor in Chicago for $5,000.
