We ordered from another company thru our contractor and when it arrived, it was the wrong color and much cheaper looking than the sample. So we were under pressure to find a replacement. Nikzad Cloud It's 3/4 and extremely durable-and we wanted a true GRAY which we soon found was difficult.
The manufactured Gray floors are either brownish, bluish, or pinkish. Not the - Nikzad because they custom stain it for you. It's an oil finish and seriously, the most beautiful wood I could have chosen. I am so pleased with the appearance of this wood that I often just walk through the house admiring the floor. The people at their warehouse were very helpful with maintenance instructions. This flooring is an investment, but WORTH every cent. You will not find a better genuine wood floor in LA.

All custom order stair treads, mouldings, risers, noses, and reducers are special orders and may require a 30-day lead time. TREAD SIZE: Stair Treads are " (inches) thick and 12" (inches) in depth as a standard size. Stair Treads & Stair Nosings: Rounded-Edge or Square-Edge must be specified at time of placing order.

The top hardwood Layer of my floor is delaminating and peeling up having to get the entire floor ripped up and replaced sounds like a jackhammer running through my home I called nikzad and all I got was extreme rudeness and a runaround no back up of the product the glue they use to laminate their flooring is failing although the glue the contractor used when putting my floor down is holding fine Obviously a major manufacturing defect they will not warranty
