A family owned business that knows how to take care of their customers. John has personally helped us out with so much, and has gone above and beyond to assist with any issues that have arisen.
We have a new home, and had some drainage issues in our backyard due to poor grading from our builder. Luckily we are customers of Prescott. John was more than happy to help with offering advice, as well as working directly with our builder to correct the issues. He even helped relocate the propane tank. Im happy to be a customer of theirs and I know they have our back.

We have had Johnny Prescott and Son Oil Company, as our oil service since we built our home in 1999 and have always received excellent service! The people in the office are very nice to work with, as well as, the people who come to do delivery and service. Also, anytime, we have had furnace issues or concerns, they have always gotten back to us in a timely manner. It is so nice and comforting to have a company that we can trust and depend on! Occasionally in this crazy world of ours you meet a vendor that deserves a few extra stars, Prescott oil is one of the few. Honesty is qualification #1, Tom Prescott and his most excellent crew qualify for sure. The equipment be it old or new is always clean and roadworthy, a well maintained fleet tells a story about any company. So hats off to all departments. We have been with Prescott Oil for three generations and we appreciate their excellent customer service more and more each year. This year we replaced our fuel tank and our furnace and Prescott Oil took care of all of it in a professional and helpful way. If I ever need to call their office they are friendly and address any concern is quickly.

We just moved and even though we had another Oil and Propane company that was already set up with our new home we could never get a straight answer or call backs. Our Cable guy actually recommended Johnny Prescott & Son Oil and when we called they were so friendly and helpful we signed up straight away. When I had a propane issue they came out within the hour and looked it over. They have come out to refill our tanks and are always friendly and prompt. Great service and I would recommend them to family and friends.

I never have to worry about a timely oil delivery as the Johnny Prescott drivers always keep my tank full. The friendly reminders about doing a tune-up on my furnace arrive each summer, to insure my furnace will be running perfectly during the cold winter months. When my furnace died, they quickly installed a new furnace for me and were the lowest bidder on installing a duplicate to the furnace I had previously. They are the best!
