Best company I have ever hired. They installed ductless mini splits. Starting from the sales consultation Jay was very professional and gave me a quote the same day. He recommended the right system for the job and I went with them. The Technicians Chris and Brady just finished the install and I am blown away with how professional they were. They worked quick and the quality of work was fantastic. They kept me up to date with everything going on and always asked if I had any questions. After the install they talked me through the operation of the units. The owners of the company also checked in

From quote to final install Live Free employees were professional, personable, organized and compassionate for their company and it's customers. They did a wonderful job from the sales rep Peter explaining the process and system and customized the install through the install process with Brady, Chris, Tyler and Casey. A pleasure to work with all these gentleman. It was hard to believe the solid and perfect 5 star rating on line, but after working with them I know the ratings are correct. Would highly recommend. These guys are very professional. The whole process from start to end was very efficient. I was impressed when they showed up to do the job with paper covers on their shoes to prevent from tracking dirt into my house. They are very knowledgeable about their trade, and they did a stellar job installing my heating/cooling units,. They pay attention to every detail for sure. Everyone we have interacted with at Live Free has been professional, intelligent, and very kind/easy to talk with and ask questions. We had a hybrid heat/ac system installed with ductwork upstairs and a ductless mini-split downstairs, and everything from install to service visits for tweaks/questions was done quickly, on-time, and with a focus in high quality work. Now that we have used both heat and ac I can say that the recommendations made and work done meet all expectations, and the price was very fair. On a scale of 1to 10, I’d give Live Free Heating & Cooling an 11! The process began with the initial estimate from Jay, who took the time to assess our system needs and spec out the best combination of equipment, rather than providing a simpler, “cookie cutter” solution. The installer team, Tyler, Brady and Chris were truly awesome in every respect. Ours was a particularly difficult installation and they did an incredible job! The entire team of sales and installation were excellent. I got a very good quote with Jay to install a three zone mini- split system and set up the installation in a timely manner. Brady and Chris came to my house and sized up a tricky installation and worked everything out superbly. They were skilled, professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. They made changes as needed to accommodate my concerns without any issues. Communication between Jay and myself was prompt. I highly recommend them for your project.

We were shopping for a high efficiency split ac/heat pump system and after researching manufacturers online, settled on Mitsubishi. Our house had hydronic heat on the first floor, but electric baseboards on the second. We wanted to get rid of the electric heat, and solicited several quotes. Jay was great, discussed multiple options, but was honest and up front that the tech guys would have to come out to really evaluate the feasibility and design of the project. Good indication of integrity up front.
Tyler, the co-owner and lead installer, came out several days later to do a more thorough evaluation

From the initial meeting with Jay until the finished product, I truly appreciate the way we were treated by everyone. Our installers Mark and Brady were very professional. When they arrived at the house they covered their shoes and p,Alec tarps in areas that they would be walking. Even though it rained steadily during the install of our split ductless system, they continued to work diligently to get the job done in a timely fashion. Last week Live Free Heating & Cooling installed a Mitsubishi mini-split, heat pump system. They installed a 24k BTU outdoor unit and two indoor units; a 15k BTU unit in the kitchen and a 6k BTU unit. Although this is classified under an A/C installation, the system provides heat as well. Regardless, they were prompt, courteous and always very professional. Peter and Tyler completely answered all of my questions. In no way did I ever feel like they were brushing over any topics.
