When I moved in the carpeting was filthy, Santos came in and did a miraculous job removed stains and I couldn’t believe the color of my carpet was a much lighter beige. He”s professional polite and on time every time and very affordable! I would recommend his services to everyone! He couldn’t have picked a better name it’s the Best carpet cleaning ever!

We called Santos on a late evening for carpet cleaning the next day. His technician, Juan was out here cleaning our carpets early the next morning out in Southern Pines! Friendly, professional service, and at a very reasonable rate!!!!! The carpets looked new after the job was completed. We highly recommend Best Carpet Cleaning!!!!!!

Santos came to my new home to clean my carpets very last minute on a Sat. I called the business and he came same day. I needed a move-in carpet cleaning. The previous owners had a dog and there was HAIR EVERYWHERE and the smell of URINE. He was did an outstanding job. He left no carpet untouched and there was a noticeable difference in the look and feel of the carpets. He was very professional. I would highly recommend. Oh also GREAT PRICING.

I would recommend this place to anyone! Absolutely saved my 1970s furniture set, it smells so much better and came out very soft and velvety again. To anyone looking to get their vintage fabric saved please check these guys out, they do amazing work! I had some soap residue left over in some spots but he was being very gentle per my request so a quick vaccum fixed that, even did my rug as a courtesy because it got wet! Professional, easy going, and thorough!

Santos quickly returned my call from a message I left. We agreed on a date and time. He showed up on time and quickly assessed. He got to work and did a wonderful job. This not just hot water extraction but includes detergent. Carpet is not old, but it does look new again. He cleaned up leaving no mess. The charges were as agreed plus tax.

The carpet has not been steamed cleaned in 5+ years and it literally looks brand new!!
It had a ton of stains that we didn't think would EVER come out.
Santos did an AMAZING job! He was super professional!
Unfortunately, I don't have many before pictures but the stains were huge and they're completely gone. 😁
