Jason Lathrop, a native of Nassau County, Florida, practically grew up in the heating and air conditioning business, some might say he was born with a tool belt around his waist. Arctic Air recently installed a new heap pump for me. It works great, and is much quieter than the old one. They also went the extra mile to be sure I was satisfied, and I am very grateful for that. I am SO impressed with Artic Air! Jason came out and met me on my lunch hour and looked at my A.C. unit and knew what was wrong immediately.

Don't let Rachel in the office deter you from doing business with Jason. I originally posted that I wouldn't do business with Artic Air because Rachel was rude, disrespectful & condescending to me. Suzie & Jessup were awesome. Not one consumer deserves to be spoken to in the manner that Rachel spoke to me, but Jason & I spoke today & I was quite impressed with him. He allowed me to explain that within 24 hours of my home AC going out I had a rock crack my windshield, had to rush one of my dogs to the ER weak & near death, then the AC goes out! Not that any of my issues are their

Friendly customer service. Not long of a wait for an appointment. Technician was polite and knowledgeable. The office even called me the day after the service to let me know that there had accidentally been a $50.00 overcharge and she was calling to resolve it! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

After speaking with Jason today, I've changed my review from 2 stars to 5 stars & am recommending them if your AC needs to be repaired.
Jessup repaired mine on 9/10/21. Suzie in office was polite & kind.
The reason for my original negative review is bc Rachel was rude, disrespectful & condescending to me. My opinion of her is no different, but I am not basing my opinion of Artic Air solely on my negative interaction with her

Definitely do not recommend this company. Called as soon as they opened 8am and was told by a person not a operating system that a tech would call me later in the day. Waited until lunch time and I called them as it was taking too long to get a call back. I was told they had no record of my previous call and that they could possibly get me an appt three days from now. That will definitely not do so I called Jackfrost and they got a tech out to my house in less than 15 minutes! This company on the other hand just wasted my time and apparently have incompetent people on their phones. Definitely does

Had Artic air come out for a service call. The time scheduled was for noon and no one showed up until after 3pm. No phone call to let us know they were running late. The techs stated our unit was est. 5 lbs low on freon however, would not service it as it is an older unit and needed to be replace soon noting there is not wrong with our current unit besides age. Called a competitor company that came out that same day to have freon added and come to find out it wasn't even needed and our system was working properly.

Our AC went out and Artic Air was recommended time and time again so we called them. They came out the next day and got our AC going again with a new temporary part while ours was to be ordered. After some consideration, we decided it was time to put the next cost toward replacing our old unit instead of trying to keep our old unit going. They were able to get to us quickly. We were never pressured to buy a unit but was answered honestly to our questions. Artic air is who i will call to keep our new system going for maintaining it. They are very nice, professional, friendly and more. Call Artic

I am absolutely impressed with the amazing customer service and professionalism of this company. From the moment I called I knew I was working with a professional office staff. I was treated like I was thier most important customer. The service technician that came to my home to service my air conditioner was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and seemed very proud of his company and his chosen profession. He exuded professionalism and answered all my questions knowledgeably and patiently. I would recommend Arctic Air to anyone.

Purchased a carrier unit in 2015. Not more then a year later the motor went out. Call them for a repair and they sent out another company (his uncles company) to repair it. In 2020 the system went completely out. I called the office and they had no record of even installing or selling me the unit and the lady was unprofessional in her customer service. She just wanted to talk over me instead of listening to the issue. I had a 10 year warranty on the system for parts. She wouldn’t let me explain the issue. And with no record and the confusion I don’t recommend this company.
