Simplified Construction built a new house for my family. We contacted about 8 different companies to start the process of searching for a Builder to build our forever home. Simplified was excellent to work with from start to finish. Craig made us feel like part of his family, he was very professional but also very personable. New Construction!
New house is still falling apart. We still have warped front double doors. I feel like the builder had it laying around and gave us the doors. The doors should have a warrenty. We have a stud coming out of the sheet rock in the kitchen wall. Living room/ dinning room wall is cracking. Tile in the shower is cracking. With that being said, no contact from the "Builder". The wood around the window pane is deteriorating. Not sure where the builder got his materials from but its faulty! Pictures will follow.

Craig did a $250K whole home renovation for us in 2017/2018. This was a big project. We appreciated Craig's contractor knowledge, ability to provide reasonable quotes and he's a likeable guy. His foreman was ok and did good work. His contracted trades in tile and roofing were not good at all. They did very poor work and every time they came back out to "fix" it, it things only got worse. His tile guy screwed up our bathroom tile which we have to look at every day. There were also many billing disputes despite us trying to stay on top of costs by holding monthly financial meetings with him. At the

We are very happy to have chosen Simplified Construction to rescue our home renovation project. We solicited bid from 7 contractors, our lowest bid was $280K and the highest was $330K. Simplified was closer to the high side at the time of initial bidding so we went with a lower bidding contractor as we were trying to watch our budget. Well, 10 weeks into the project we had to fire the original contractor for multiple reason, so we called again to solicit bids from contractors to pick up, repair and complete the mess the first contractor made.

We searched long and hard prior to hiring a company to complete our build. A co-worker recommended Simplified Construction so we gave them a call to schedule a meeting. We were very impressed with their level of knowledge and professionalism on our very first visit. Simplified construction did an awesome job on our new house construction project. The workers and subcontractors were all very professional, the project came in on budget and on time. The quality of the work is outstanding!
