So my wife recently put a $3800 deposit down with them. After multiple phone calls and "no response" and several emails that were promised that never arrived we decided to do some more research. We definitely started to get the "feeling" that this was going to turn into a mess.
My wife had gone by there location to pay the $3800 and a rep Scott told her they cant take Credit Cards over the phone because of too many disputes ( 1st Huge Warning! Who would even tell a Customer that)
When we called to cancel, their rep refused , saying they had already ordered the wood. Sooo.....heed my warning and

I couldn't get the company to revolve our complaints through normal channels. They didn't return calls or emails timely. They installed our floor Oct. 2017, and it now Jun. 2018. The contractor left a big hold in the dining room and hid it. They promised to get it fixed. They haven't called me back after telling me to get an estimate to have the damages repaired. They don't care about their customers they just want your money.
