I called every pool place from pinellas to citrus county. Schaper was the only ones who showed up, did the repair and did a great job. They were on time, neat, and did a quality job. You can tell that schaper still cares about their customers. Through the whole process they returned my calls and made payments convenient for me. I would not hesitate to use them for any construction needs. All the staff is super friendly and attentive to your needs

The staff was incredibly helpful and patient with all the many questions, followup calls, and emails we submitted during our construction. They built our backyard into the dream spot we were hoping for. I would highly recommend the fine folks at Schaper Construction for any large projects you may have. Even if something wasnt perfect the first time, they made it right without exception. Thanks for Everything!!

Pool liner was installed fine but schaper makes claims they can't follow through with and when asked about it they deny ever saying it. Customer follow up and being informed of what work is being done is non existent. Pricing discrepancies exist also between what they say in the begining and after completion . When looking to have work done on your pool definitely keep looking, better companies out there.

We recently had our new fiberglass pool installed by Schaper. Admittedly, there were a few bumps along the way, but John Schaper was quick to acknowledge and rectify all in a professional timely manner. The ladies in the office (Jessica, Suzanne and Kathy) are great as well! They were always willing and able to assist in answering any questions we had throughout the construction process. I can honestly say this company cares about their customers and will do everything within their power to make sure in the end you are left satisfied. First I would give zero stars if it were an option! We have a pool that was installed by John Schaper a little over a year ago and have had nothing but problems ever since. From the shell being put in crooked, concrete cracking 8-10 inches from the actual relief cuts, an acrylic paint job that is at kindergarten level at best and is already peeling off the concrete in large chunks, a void underneath the pool the size of a small car that flexes like a trampoline and a corner of the pool which sets substantially higher than the rest and from the words of Paul Schaper himself, admittedly a 1/4 inch

My husband and I contracted with this contractor to construct a concrete pad for a garage and driveway. Only after multiple phone calls and the imminent delivery of our garage did construction begin and my husband had many discussions with the workers to do the work according to the specifications outlined by the engineers. Less than a year later our driveway is now cracking and falling apart. We have placed many phone calls to speak with Paul Schaper and we are told he will call us right back and he doesn't. My husband actually went to the office and was told he wasn't there. This company
