We had an emergency kitchen faucet issue. We attempted to repair it ourselves, but after taking it apart we realized that we needed a new faucet installed. After hours, we called Baumgardner’s Plumbing and Mechanical. I can’t begin to say enough about their customer service. They answered after hours and were here the next morning at 8am with a new faucet and installed it in less than an hour. No, I am not related to the Baumgardner family, and they did not ask me to review. But, rest assured, we will call them again when we need help, and we highly recommend them!

Called their company because we were recommended and the fact we live about 5 minutes from their shop. We had an emergency with our plumbing/well and because we aren’t a regular customer and “I got their number from yellowpages” they weren’t going to help. They wanted the name of who recommended them and got upset because they didn’t know that person. How can you get new customers if you won’t help a new customer?
