First, allow me to say that what I'm typing is factual. I will keep emotions out of it. I'm only telling you about my own experience, please use your best judgement if you would like to use Frantz Plumbing. First off, the ladies in the office that I spoke to on the phone were extremely nice and helpful. My issues lies with Doug, the fellow who gave me the estimate on the job. First and foremost, there was little to no follow up. If I'm looking for a plumber to complete work, that means I'm looking to give THEM money, so I should not have to chase down anyone from that company for a follow up. The

Late one evening this week, my hot water heater sprung a leak . I called Frantz Plumbing's emergency number and the staff on call talked my son through the steps to drain the heater safely. the next day, two plumbers arrived before mid morning. They were efficient, courteous and professional. They had my new water heater installed in a little over an hour. Thank you so much, I highly recommend Frantz Plumbing!

Had a after hours emergency to unclog a urinal at place of buissness. Plumber Ed showed up looked at it shrugged his shoulders and made no attempt to unclog it and left. Next am a young plumber came out unclogged it with snake with in a hr. When asked if this tool was available to Ed he said yes. Not professional or reliable and better believe it the bill you for there incompetence

I would highly recommend Frantz Plumbing. Over the last few months, I have used them three times for my plumbing needs. The staff was very friendly. They were very professional and were able to repair / install everything in a prompt manner. The first time that I used them, Frantz's employees replaced a cracked sewer drain for me. On another occasion, they installed a dishwasher, faucet and new drain in my kitchen. Recently, they did all the plumbing / service needed to move my washer and dryer from my first floor to my basement. You will definitely be pleased if you use Frantz Plumbing.

Outstanding service! I cannot recommend Franz Plumbing highly enough. They were the only plumbers within a 30 mile radius that answered the phone after hours when I had a pipe leaking water in my wall. Nate came out promptly, fixed the problem quickly, and was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I didn't hesitate to call Frantz Plumbing when a different issue with another leak came up. Again, the response was fast and the problem fixed quickly. I will be using their services again when getting an overhaul of my old pipes and fixtures, so I can have peace of mind that these leaks won't keep

I highly recommend them to do the job. They are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and will let you know what the issue is. Don't go with anyone else if you need the job done quickly. We made a mistake and had a plumber come a few days before and he actually did something that did not need to be done and it made the situation worse. Frantz Plumbing came to our rescue quickly and corrected the problem in less then a day. Thank you guys.
Like I said don't get ripped off by trying got by night plumbers who just want your dollars. We personally thank Keith, Doug, Nathan and Ed.
