Had to go with the "No Stars" on this one. Came out to do an estimate and promised he would call with an estimate that afternoon and didn't. I had to call him several times to get a call back and when he did call back he promised to call back the next day with the estimate and did not. I had to call him at every turn and when I did get him on the phone and expressed that it didn't feel like he wanted the job he responded that as much as I called him maybe I should find someone else for the Job.Had he called when he said he would, I would not have had to call him. I found someone else to do the

I called them to give us a quote on a possible new AC unit. While the quote was given quickly, I was disappointed to get a bill for the time to come estimate a quote. In our area, estimates for major upgrades are usually free.I wish I had been notified prior that we'd be charged and I would have selected another contractor. With the upgrade in the multiple thousands, I wasn't thrilled to get a bill before I made up my mind on who to use.

Called Gruver at 7:05 AM. (they opened at 7:00) Left a message with a detailed account of my AC problem. Also gave them my address, Phone number, etc. Waited all day for them to return my call. They never did. Called Wenger AC and Heating and they came out the next day. Fixed my problem. All is well. Don't waste your time with Gruver.
