Furnace stopped working while I was in school. Girlfriend called around looking for someone. Obviously it's a busy time of the year and everyone is spread thin, but we had no heat and it was an emergency. The person who answered the phone was the most unprofessional and rude person in the world. She got laughed at by this person for asking for help. She has never had an experience this bad before with a company that's suppose to be professional. Maybe this company could find people to work for them that are actually decent human beings and don't tear down other people who don't have the same knowledge

Snooty! Hard to believe any company could be ruder and more arrogant when I called to find out about future emergency service for my home. The company must be doing exceeding well to be able to act so offensively. And this is without having a problem!

Don't waste your time, I called two weeks ago to schedule an appointment for a quote but they are too busy and I was instructed to just wait for a call back. Called again today and I was instructed ill just have to keep waiting and they will call me when they are ready to schedule something. It will probably be a month before an apt for a quote can be scheduled. WHAT A JOKE.

Very pleased with the service. The technician, Milt, was pleasant and easy to speak with. When he arrived, he did a thorough assessment of the job and then started working. Milt finished running the propane line to the stove, ensured everything worked, checked for leaks and odors. Glad to use LeProvost Plumbing and will use again.

We are new owners of a house that had the entire system (boiler, bathrooms, HVAC) installed and maintained by LeProvost. After a second attempt at setting up an appointment to have some PM on the boiler, I asked the scheduler three times "If something happens between now and my first appointment, will you come to do an emergency call?" The woman said, "yes, of course. it's just $175 an hour for off hours calls." Murphy's law. Our system faults on Thanksgiving and I call this morning to have an emergency call. The tech sets up the appointment. Calls me back 30 minutes later to say the service manager

This past October we had a Navien Combination furnace and on demand hot water system installed in our home and are so pleased with the work that was done. The quote was reasonable, the installation was timely, the clean up and removal of the old system was excellent, and the savings since installing the system have been pretty impressive. When we had questions about the new system they were answered promptly. The folks in the office the on-call staff, the installers, and the technicians have been professional, thoughtful, and certainly interested in our getting the best customer service possible

I have called LeProvost two times for massive plumbing issues due to frozen pipes. They have come out quickly and performed exemplary work. The office is friendly and easy to work with and the licensed plumbers are easy to communicate with, they listen to the problem and work diligently. I will continue to use and recommend LeProvost with the highest regard.
