We had a difficult situation doing to another come
Doing an unprofessional job. We needed an LG certified company to work on our system.
Cornwall drove from Ct to the Hill country in the Berkshires of Massachusetts . Joey was very professional competent and kind. He diagnosed the problem and worked with my electrician to help solve the problem. I would recommend Cornwall plumbing
For any AC needs you will be lucky to get them.

We used them urgently in the past for repair of a toilet and unclogging of a kitchen sink and although the work was fine, it seemed overpriced. However just recently we had them look at a problem we were having with a partially clogged pipe in the basement. The told us it would require use of a commercial snake/auger which they had, but unfortunately had recently broken during the course of its regular use. They said, that to do the job, they would have to go rent a snake for the job and pass the entirely of the 275$ cost onto us. This despite the fact that they admitted they were going to repair

I want to give these guys a shoutout for an amazing responsive. On Thanksgiving night at 10PM I had a massive leak in the basement. I called their emergency response line, and within 15 minutes got a call back. I talked through the problem with the plumber and he offered to come out then in the middle of the night, but the leak had stopped. He came out the next morning at 9AM and dug up the septic tank to find the source of the clog, saving the basement and Thanksgiving weekend. I'm very appreciative of their fast response and hard work fixing the plumbing

Cornwall Plumbing was called on a Sunday afternoon after a DIY project went, well, let's say not as planned. I left a message and within 30 minutes Joey called back and was at my house within 45. Joey (who I found out was the owner) was very nice, communicative, explained some options and worked clean (a good quality in a plumber). The job took about an hour and was charged a very reasonable price especially for a Sunday call. I highly recommend Cornwall Plumbing and now that my DIY impulse is behind me I will be using them for all my plumbing and heating needs!

Last winter, faced with soaring electric bills, I purchased a NEST thermostat to better regulate my heating and had Cornwall Plumbing and Heating do the installation. Their representative took a look at my old wiring and gave me an honest estimate of the cost upfront, which was most appreciated. They did the work promptly and well. I definitely plan to use them again for my electric and plumbing needs.
