After a bad install from another company, I had to start all over! Start to Finish Flooring came in and cleaned up the other mess, leveled my floors and had to put down new flooring. It is now perfect and beautiful!

I had a very bad experience with this company. The quality of the workmanship was very poor. When they put the grout on the walls for the tile, it was different thickness in different areas. There was a 1/2 inch gap between the wall and the tile. It was the same way around the tub and the shower. I had to hire another person to come in and fill in the spaces so water would not get behind the tile. The owner said that the tile men said that the walls were not straight and that was the reason for the gaps but when I had my handyman fill in the gaps with cement mud he placed a level against the wall

We had a major interior flood in our home in early September 2021. Our insurance company gave us several choices on how to oversee the subsequent claim and we choose their option of a 'Single-Point-Of-Contact-Contractor' who in turn would manage the repair and restoration from "A" -to- "Z." The team that installed my fireplace tile was great! I've had at least 8 contractors at my home during this remodel over the past year. Start2Finish is the only one that demonstrated excellent work ethic. They sincerely wanted me to be thrilled with the final product. They did the job right at every step and this fireplace wall was a challenge! I would recommend them to anyone!

In our new home we had carpet installed on the stairs and upstairs, along side with vinyl in the master bedroom and office which looks amazing. This business is great at customer service and is all about efficient quality work. The owner, Bill, did a phenomenal job coming out and taking quick measurements for our estimate, he even brought out samples to explain/show us the differences between vinyl, wood, and laminate. Start2Finish just ended a five day install of 500 square feet of 2x4 feet porcelain tile. They were very polite, hard working and very professional. They worked long hours to finish on our schedule . They hung plastic for the demo, used a hepa filter for dust, cleaned up after themselves everyday. As you can see in the photos , the result is outstanding. The 2x4 tile takes experts to lay it and they did an excellent job. We got three quotes and they were in line price wise as well. I would use them again for sure.

Bill and his team did an amazing job on our floors and baseboards. We are thoroughly impressed. The team went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were pleased. Bill accompanied us to select the wood (answering all of our questions and helping us to select the perfect wood), was present during the first phase, and available to discuss the status of the project. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the quality job Start2Fishish has done for our home. Everyone from the salesman (Tim), to the owner Bill and the installation crew headed by Jorge did a fantastic job.

We did have a slight challenge with the actual material from the manufacturer being less than perfect, however Start2Finish worked closely with the distributor to re-order product to rectify the problem.

If you have the opportunity to use Start2Finish Flooring company, we highlighy recommend and endorse the folks we worked with!

I would not use this company. There communication is not good. They sell you well then when contractors show up there like a separate company and Start2Finish salespeople disappear. Also don't get me started about how they do job then when we find issues after job is done they never ever show up again and do not guarantee there work. I had to fix issues they did not get done. Very poor customer service once you hire them. Find someone else. ProSource recommended them which doesn't say much for them.
