These guys are great! Honestly was amazed at how nice my carpet and tiles looked after they finished. I needed my carpets and tile cleaned because I had new tenants moving in, so everything had to be perfect.
Before I reached out to them I actually had another carpet cleaner company stop by to take a look at my condo, and they told me that they weren’t sure if they would be able to clean my carpets fully and they didn’t want to commit to it. They were phenomenal. Matt and Brenden visited my new home and identified that there had been a cat/cats that had done some major damage to my basement carpets. They too the time to explain options, identify all stains and issues and prescribe a perfect remedy/solution without charging me a thing!! I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend their professionalism to anyone!

Matt was very helpful and honest when estimating my service. He didn’t try to up-sale the service in any way but worked within my budget. He and his helper confirmed and were exactly on time. They dress professionally. Took all the precautions to keep our home clean including booties and went so far as to put protective guards on corners, a shield on the front door opening -no flies, hurray! And they wore masks the entire time to keep everyone safe. I highly recommend these guys.

Matt and Brennan did an excellent job. They were very professional and friendly. Our carpets had a lot of stains and now they're gone! They also put protection around the corners of the walls and staircase, which was great. I HIGHLY recommend North Seattle Carpet Cleaning!
