I scheduled an appointment with George to steam 2 couches and 2 area rugs in my apartment. I had to move the date and time, and he was very flexible and had no problem accommodating. When the steaming day arrived, he was super professional, kind, and personable. He did an amazing job and everything looks brand new! There were many more 5-star reviews on his page when I found him on Yelp, and I'm disappointed that they are disappearing. This guy is the real deal. His prices are reasonable and he's a good person. I called LA Steam Works on Thursday and scheduled an appointment for the next morning for cleaning our large old Persian rug. The scheduling was easy and the service appointment was quick, friendly and effective. Our rug looks and smells great now. We will definitely have George come out on a regular basis to maintain it, and our other rugs and upholstery as needed. And the price was very reasonable. Thanks!

Fantastic service. This is my second time using LA Steam Work and I highly recommend them. George was easy to schedule with, was on time and did an amazing job! I have a senior dog who frequently has "accidents" on the carpet so you can only imagine the state that my carpet was in :(

I look after doggies through Rover.com. I recently had one of my regulars over and she was ill right away for the first three days. She must have eaten something bad. The result... was not pretty.

He didn't use a standalone machine as I'm used to (and which I have at home and had already tried) but had great, long hoses come in from his van outside. I called George yesterday and he was able to come and clean the space that I needed today, therefore, I am very thankful to him... he was very polite, friendly and seemed someone who was very professional in what he did .... he did a great job.... Needed a carpet cleaning last minute because our furniture delivery was moved up. George came through for us and came the next day! He also charged us a fair price. I also liked that he didn't have one of those big bulky carpet cleaners, just hoses running from a machine attached to his van. Would recommend 100%.

George is wonderful, personable, professional and a great communicator. He also got my carpets cleaner than any other service I've ever used, including removing dark spots in front of door that had been there for months. In addition he got a stain out of the skirt of my vintage silk velvet couch, without harming the fabric. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend LA Steam Work!

LA STEAM WORK did and amazing quality work .Gorege showed up on time, and was very thorough cleaning up our carpet, very sociable and Super professional, honest and trustworthy and genuine kind person . I recommend him!!!! He took the time to do everything very thoroughly and made sure that the high traffic areas were given extra attention.
