Mike Martin provided us a written estimate within a couple of hours of contacting him. He answered a number of questions via text and phone prior to us hiring him. Not a reliable company. Not willing to honor his written contract. Poor craftsmanship and unreliable service. If want to get ripped off then please listen to his lies. You are better off finding someone else, because this has been the worste experience for me in Florida. It's been over a year and numerous phone calls and text messages with nothing but excuses, after stopping by and admitting his previous work was of poor quality...and nothing. All i asked was for the repairs to be done, and done right...nothing for over a year. Excuses and lies. Run away from this liar.

After receiving 4 quotes from local contractors who’s figures were over the place it became somewhat frustrating. I decided to make one final call to Carl Martin Roofing of Tampa. The owner drove to my home in Indian Rocks Beach on a Monday morning with a wide variety of shingle palettes, & I received a quote that wasn’t skewed. That said, my decision was easy, & hired Carl Martin Roofing. As I said, the owner came out on a Monday, & their employees began work precisely at 8AM two days later on Wednesday. I was initially told it might take up to a week (difficult roof) to complete. However

Many experiences with Mike Martin... My roof was installed over 15 years ago.. Still in great shape. That means they have good workers and use excellent material.... I would highly recommend this company... I have had a few repairs on my screened porch roof by Mike... He is trustworthy, considerate, on time and fair. I would say the "Best of the Best" Thank You Mike!

We had a new roof put on in November. Everything was fine except when it started to rain. We had gutter helmets put on a few years ago and apparently the gentleman that did the roof changed the way they were put up. When it rains the rain comes pouring off the roof instead of going into the gutter. We have called him numerous times and he hasn't even had the courtesy to return the call. We went over to his place of business on North Nebraska and lo and behold the place is vacant and up for sale. We also learned that the business name has changed from Carl Martin roofing to Mike Martin roofing.
