This company charges ridiculously high prices for their products and services. If you consider a fair price part of professionalism then this company is severely lacking. I hired them before the 2021 freeze and the price seemed a little high. I got a quote after the freeze and it was laughable. I asked for a discount and they knocked off just 5%. I got someone else to do the work (and they did a great job) for about 15% of the quote from Hammonds. I also went to buy some stain from them and they charged twice as much as Amazon. I will likely never do business with this company again.

Honest and professional locally owned company. The owner gets directly involved and stays connected with your project and the entire team takes pride in high quality craftsmanship. They checked everything from ensuring the subfloor was set so the floors wouldn’t squeak to offering professional advise for optimal outcome. Our project had many setbacks that were uncontrollable, but Hammonds communicated every step of the way and walked us through details. Our floors were worth the long wait! More expensive than other bids, however I believe the final product could not have been matched by anyone

I called for an estimate to have our 101-year-old wood floors resurfaced, and Mynor was talking us through our options in our home within the hour! He explained how our floors are too thin to be sanded down and showed us what would happen if they were to resurface them. We appreciated how professional and honest he was, because it would have been a large endeavor to have them done with little return. Clearly they care about educating their customers and prioritize integrity over making the sale.

This is how companies used to operate, at HAMMOND'S the customer was first, did what they said they were going to do and were very professional. The office staff was very courteous and the crew was amazing, Danny has 20 plus years of experience and has been with HAMMOND'S that long. Called for an estimate to replace some water-damaged boards and repair hollow spots that were popping. Robbie Hammonds came out the next morning and gave us a very reasonable price. We were100% pleased with the craftsmen and their work. They were all courteous, professional, and industrious. I would recommend Hammonds Wood Floors without hesitation. A top of the line company with exceptional people in all phases of their operation.

Marty Hammond and his staff are working on my house refinishing all my wood floors as we speak and they have been doing a FANTASTIC job!Robby the Job Foreman keep me up to date all the time and make sure that my WIFE & I are nothing less than Completely Satisfied!!!
Robby has assured me that they do not accept anything less than being AMAZED when their done!
The floor expert Javier & his helper who have been doing the sanding and will do the staining & sealing have kept me informed of the process and address any concerns I have immediately.
