Parkway Heating and Air was very responsive to our needs. Other companies wouldn’t even call back or show up. Our old heat pump unit failed in the heat of August. Being in our 70’s, getting it replaced was a high priority. Parkway replaced our system with a couple of days for a competitive price and we are very grateful. Travis was able to come out very quickly to assess the problem with our unit and it turned out to be a very quick and easy fix. He was very nice, punctual and professional. Our entire Parkway experience was top notch from start to finish. We received our options for the right type of hvac unit needed for my shop, and all details were explained. Once we were ready for the install, the crew showed up and were very professional.from start to finish. Once again, they explained the details of the new unit, and how it all works, and the capabilities of this unit. We received a follow up call asking if we had any questions.
