Had a bathroom issue in one bathroom he overpriced the repair turned out wasn’t done right that bathroom smelled for a week until he came to repair again to overprice again to then say issue was resolved it wasn’t the lose total was around $700 fiancé was extremely upset after the second repair nothing was done right smell has not left not to mention the first visit his nephew spits tobacco on your property and the main guy just spits on your property in front of you I am giving people advice do not use his service you won’t get your repairs done right and he just looks for ways to agitate

Robert is very much a man of his word. We called his line & left a message & he was at my house within 15minutes. He was fast, friendly, knowledgeable & would totally recommend him to anyone. And his prices are absolutely affordable! He’s a keeper!

Had a emergency a major leak. I shut off main called Bo. Sent him a pic. Came and fix it.
The story:
So, I called two local plumbers from googling Lexington plumbers:
One never called back. (Good business tactic).
The next one called back and ask if I live in a trailer or prefab home. I explained a triple wide. She then said we don’t do repairs on them cause the piping they used. Ok I said come over and replace ALL the piping with what you use. Now mind you I just offered this local plumber a job that would be what? Thousands of dollars to do? She replies we don’t do those kind of repairs
