Cliff was very responsive and understood our needs. He came to our house several times before installation of our HVAC system. The guys that worked on it the first day worked very hard and diligently. Due to an ice storm, only one worker was able to make it to our house. He worked the entire day by himself. I would highly recommend this company. Fair prices and hard workers. On time and gave us a quote in a responsible amount of time.

Stopped in today just to see if they had the size duct that I needed for a basement renovation… Spoke with Cliff who went above and beyond to send one of his guys out to the house the same afternoon. They took care of the two ducts for me, gave all of the duct work a thorough review, recommended a 12x12 return and installed it for me on the spot. If I could give more than five stars I would. Cliff's held the warranty on my new HVAC unit. I called them frequently that first year for many outages to both heat and A/C. Cliff's left me for days without heat during a couple of outages that happened over the weekend, stating that they are not a 24/7 service company. After a year of fixing symptoms they told me they would no longer service my unit under the warranty. I had an outside HVAC person come to fix the unit and the outside person discovered that the HVAC unit Ciff's installed has two 60 amp breakers on it, but Cliff's had wired them to a 60 amp breaker, and

Great customer service! Awesome punctuality! We just signed up for regular maintenance and they were here when they said they would arrive. We have worked with then in the past due to a broken furnace. They considered us an emergency last winter and came after hours to help us...and we weren't gouged. Thankful to find an honest company that cares about their customers.
