We had Eric and Becky of B&E work on our heating system in February of 2020. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and customer friendly. They both explained the problem and what they had to do to fix it. Fast forward to 2 days before Christmas 2020, our heat completely went out. We called them the same day and they were here the next morning at the scheduled time. They wore booties and face masks throughout our house, thank you! Fantastic and responsive service! Thank you again to the owners who responded to our request for service immediately. Their team came out and within 30 minutes our AC was up and running at an extremely affordable rate. Our repair ended up being a simple fix but their team was helpful in clearly explaining what caused the issue.
They put on shoe covers and were very pleasant to speak with. They were the only HVAC provider open after 5pm on a Friday taking service/scheduling calls during the COVID-19 pandemic.

I recently visited some friends who were having some AC issues. They informed me that B & E Heating and Air got their system back working properly. I've called B&E heating and air many times over the years to fix my old furnace & air. Everytime they've worked me in quickly and fixed the numerous problems quickly and with very fair pricing. The technicians are very friendly and don't try to get over on you. I recommend them for any hvac problems you would have. 5 stars from me.

Eric installed a system at my house in White Plains. He said he would register the system for our warranty. I also had him look at our house in La Plata, and he said he would need to replace a damper. Eric said he would contact me back. After a year Eric never gave us our warranty and never came back to work on our system.

Called B&E to check the air conditioner as it was blowing hot air. Eric and Becky showed up and noticed our new thermostat had reversing valve that was not wired properly causing system to stay in heat mode. They rewired thermostat and system switch to A/C. Took a total of 20 minutes to solve our problem. I would recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

Called B&E to perform a seasonal service tune-up for 2 units in my home. While my downstairs unit cleaned-up and started-up with no problem, the tech/owner discovered an issue with the upstairs unit. B&E gave me a detailed report/checklist of what was done and even provided actual pictures of the reported issue. He described the problem and made sure I understood the issue (this might've taken a little longer than normal), LOL. A part had to be ordered (priced at $250) and was installed within a week. This company came out and fixed tote air conditioner. It only needed freon but we have 2 units and only 1 needed it and the tech added a pound to the other one so it was balanced for $500. He was extremely courteous and professional and answered all my questions because I know nothing about it and he knew it all. I highly recommend them and to come out was only $60. Other places I called charged $150 just to come and look. Definitely give them a call for all your HVAC needs.
