JESSE WAS AMAZING. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND METICULOUS. I JUST PURCHASED MY HOME AND WAS UN FAMILIAR WITH THE HEATING AND AIR SYSTEM. HE WAS VERY DETAILED IN HIS LESSON ON MY HOME SYTSEMS. ALSO VERY CURTIOUS AND MINDFUL NOT TO TRACK DIRT AND DEBRIS INTO MY HOME FROM OUTSIDE. HE SUCCESSFULLY INSTALLED TWO THERMOSTATS AND SERVICED TWO HVAC SYSTEMS AND IDENTIFIED AN ISSUE WITH MY FURNACE. Called yesterday due to no heat, and the temp outside had just dropped this week. Tonya was great and got me on the next days schedule. Jesse called me the following morning and was at my house within 15 minutes and had my system up and running shortly after. He explained everything very well. This was a service through SMECO but he was quite detailed in assessing my system which is about 14 years old. Based on my first interaction I would definitely use them again.

Worked with this company through Smeco. The scheduling and reminder phone calls were so professional and timely. On the day of my home visit, two guys showed on time. I mean they were very prompt.. I was their first appointment of the day and I wasn't even ready for them. :-)
They performed maintenance service on both my heating and cooling units and installed a new eco thermostat. They answered all my questions and were super professional with executing their work. I was very pleased and I'd definitely recommend them. They travel throughout the D(M)V area.
