Everything about their service was great! Highly recommend them! They have done 5 houses in our development and everyone is very happy. Pricing is fair and timing is great with a team arriving and finishing up within 3 days. They clean up after themselves very well and every one is very nice

This company was recommended by my dad and he was not wrong. They were all pro.

I have been trying to get a hold of sound roofing for weeks now to seal our roof around our scuppers they installed incorrectly. all I want them to do is fix an issue they caused and I have called, emailed, all multiple times. Talked to multiple people and nothing has been done. They even told me someone would be out to fix it a few times and no one ever showed up. This is ridiculous. I do not recommend working with them.

It took them several months to tear up our wall and not repair our roof. It took another few months to get them to respond to our calls to repair the torn up dry wall. They sent a guy who refused to wear a mask in our home, claimed COPD prevented him from wearing a mask... he was a dry waller supposedly... who can't wear a mask...so we sent him packing, out of caution.

We called to tell them about their maskless drywaller and the dispatcher seemed surprised by their employee's refusal to practice safety in our home. I guess she didn't know he had COPD... She said she'd send

Sound Roofing did not provide us the lowest bid, but we really liked the owner, Vince. When we told him that we had water damage to some plywood, he insisted on climbing into our attic to see it first-hand, so as to provide a more accurate bid. When we found more damage, Vince gave us a new bid, and worked with us to accommodate some special requests of mine. We happily hired him. And we would recommend him to you. The crew had tough duty; it was cold (February 2018) and actually snowed the night before the

Sound Roofing installed a PVC membrane roof on our house. I should also note that our roof is large and technically challenging. They also had rot, skylight, and venting issues to contend with.

Our initial impression is that these folks do wonderful, high quality work. Compared to the previous roofer, it is night and day. With all the heavy rain recently, I've already noticed it drains much, much better as well. You can clearly tell the installers cared about craftsmanship.

These guys did an exceptional job. To start it off their bid was extremely detailed and included extra flashing where the roof meets the gutters and siding. The site was kept clean while the work was being performed and our new roof looks great. They also helped us a lot with color selection as it was difficult to choose.

We've had very few large home projects that go this well. We are very happy with the job from Sound Roofing and would not think twice about using them again.

Called multiple times to schedule a roof recertificarion and they won't call back, eventually Adam called me to tell me they don't so it why couldn't the customer service have knowledge to tell me this up front instead of wasting my time.

My roof was done in Feb 2015. I waited this long to see if any problems cropped up. None did! I had the roof done with CertainTeed comp roof and nine Tam skylights. No problems at all. Other companies wanted 4-5 days. This company said two days and it was, in fact, two days. Good cleanup and good followup. Good price, good installation, done quickly. Works for me.

Sound roofing replaced my roof and they were wonderful. I chose them for several reasons. They received great online reviews on multiple sites. I had friends and neighbors recommend them to me. And I liked Vince when he came by for the quote. After the job, I was extremely pleased. I have since recommended them to friends who were also very happy with the work. I would pick Sound Roofing again in a heartbeat.

We are so pleased we selected Sound Roofing for our re-roofing project! Their team was professional and fast - they re-roofed the entire house in 6 hours without compromising quality. When they noticed some rotting on one of our deck posts, they fixed it for free! We did receive a lower quote from another company, but we told Sound Roofing what the other company had quoted us and they beat the other company's price. Overall, we had a great experience with Sound Roofing and would highly recommend them to anyone!
