We have been clients for the past 10 years at our previous condo and now at our single family home. Just a couple weeks ago we called them because our drain spout was leaking. It turned out to be a problem they couldn't fix with our french drain, but they were super great and did as much as they could. They even threw in a gutter cleaning. This was on a rainy Saturday. The K Single Team was OUTSTANDING!!! I highly recommend their services to anyone. Isidro was so helpful and responsive including showing up in the wee hours of the morning to correct an issue due to a wind storm in the middle of my project! You could tell that each worker took pride in their work and wanted it to be right. They always worked hard to protect my house and cleaned up when they were done.

Before I became part of this company, Jose came out to take a look at my brothers roof and he was very, professional, responded to all of our questions, we were able to tell he' s a very experienced roofer, we were amazed. The quality of the work here was good, and prices fair, but scheduling with this company was a total nightmare In short, we won't be using them again.
We did a full roof replacement and partial reframing, siding repair, a bit of new gutters, deck repairs, and exterior painting with them. The roof and painting crew were good. The crew that did the siding and deck repair less so. We are still finding broken screws etc in the yard a week after the deck repairs. For the roof, there were days where they just didn't show up with no communication about why, and the time varied wildly each day. We had

Team was quick to provide a quote and then took 2 weeks to schedule and provide clarity on how they would match the trim.. not committing to painting the trim or not and leaving it up to the crew’s discretion, even though after countless emails asking for clarity on how the gutters would match our trim and clearly stating I preferred them to be painted. Ultimately decided to go with a different company after 2.5 weeks of email exchange with these guys wasting my time to get my gutter fixed.

The tech Scott was friendly enough, but was about an hour late for our estimate appointment. I fully described what we wanted done prior to the tech arriving, he took measurements and indicated we would have an estimate shortly. A week later and after calling to check up on it, we gave up. It REALLY is not good business to waste potential customer's time when they make time to meet with you. If you don't want the work or are too booked you need to state that.

K Single, your team is amazing! I had such a great experience with Scott today. I highly recommend K single if you need some help with a roof leak (like me), larger repairs, or a roof replacement.
I noticed some nail pops in the ceiling of my home. The area looked like it had collected some moisture over time, and there was some discoloration in the drywall and the paint. I started off by looking for a team to help repair the drywall, but after looking at the pictures, the drywall folks suggested I contact a roofer to take a closer look.
After doing some reading on Yelp, I was really happy

Disappointment - Reached out for the siding replacement, and they've (Jose / Joseph) provided a bid / contract with roof work verbiages with 50% down payment upfront, then promised to revise and resend which they never did. Told us they will check on the materials, and provided us with the start date range, then no show, no calls, and no response to any of our follow up messages. Stay away and you can do better.

Any positive reviews are likely for older work. We used them in 2018, when Yoni was there, and they were great. Their bid came in way under others' cost, were professional and showed up on time. They did our home roof, and our neighbor's fence and roof, and then we used them again for our carport roof. With Yoni, we got a quote for a fence with a rolling gate (more expensive gate) for $9K for 205 ft. of chain link removal with 3 gates. Now that Yoni left, that same quote, with a non-rolling (less expensive to make) now was quoted for $12.5K. Not only that, they were a week late in providing

I have a 1966 house with a 3x12 pitch. It has the original roof of tar and gravel, plus 2 additional layers of hot tarp and gravel. The style has interior gutters and a great 12" facing all around. I spent 1 year and a dozen roofers, both big and small, giving me solutions to getting a new roof before I settled on K Single. Their price was competitive. But they were the only company that could do the job and have it look the way I wanted - a needed upgrade maintaining the great 1966 roof style. Jose and his crew were amazing! We approached them with a group of projects, all for which they gave us timely quotes. Last month, we had the first completed by K Single and they did a phenonmenal job (with just a photo of what we wanted) for our front porch railings. They also re-mortared the brickwork in the same area. They used high quality materials and the craftsmanship was outstanding. We can't say enough great things about them.

These guys are amazing!! They replaced my leaking rotten roof with so much attention to detail, and replaced my skylight. These guys arrived at 8:00am and worked til 8:00 pm in very hot weather and were cheerful and professional. These guys are great! Our old cedar fence was starting to fall down and was beyond repair so we decided to get it replaced. Getting a free estimate was a breeze. They showed up, were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. Steffany couldn't have been nicer with answering questions and calling/emailing back. Highly recommended.
