It's evening on Thanksgiving. All of the sudden there's a problem with the toilet. Then your wife starts complaining about a back-up on the kitchen sink. Ten guests, two bathrooms, one main line clog - who you gonna call? Your Carson plumbing experts, that's who. Our plumbing crew doesn't take holidays off.
In fact, some of our busiest days occur when people strain their plumbing with extra household guests. It's no coincidence that plumbing emergencies happen on the holidays. More flushes plus more water down the drains equals a greater chance that something will go wrong not to mention all the kids getting together and experimenting with sending things down the toilet.
We recover more toys from toilets that you'd ever image. Our clog busting team carries a power auger in the van, so even tough clogs are no match for us. We're like clog clearing super heroes except, we can't fit all of our equipment on a special utility belt. We are open around the clock every day of the year.

Services
We realize that although we may be whizzes with a wrench and auger, that's only half of the game. By attending plumbing seminars and taking continuing education classes, our plumbing contractors keep their skills sharp while also learning about the latest advancements in the field. Because of their dedication to ongoing education, our Carson plumbers can handle almost any plumbing situation you can think of.
This is the most common repair that we do. Our Carson water heater repair team handles several water heaters a day. We see most problems with conventional tank style water heaters. Of course, most people don't call us until there is a major catastrophe like the bottom falling out of their tank or a complete lack of hot water.
One of the most common is to bring your current plumbing up to local code. While some buildings are grandfathered in with their existing pipes, that doesn't mean that they shouldn't be fixed, especially if the piping is made of galvanized steel. Galvanized piping begins to rust from the inside out after about 40 years.

These people are crooks. Read all the other negative reviews. They're all accurate.
We had one instance where after Marc came out to fix the installation of our new garbage disposal, it mysteriously broke shortly after. When we called Marc to fix, he offered to do the job under the table and fix for cheaper if we went through him and not his company. This should of sounded major alarms with us, but it didn't. We hired them again.
The 2nd instance, we had a pipe leak under the house. Marc came out and didn't even crawl under the house to check. He told us we would need a restoration

Wow, I had an almost identical story to Jane R., on this feed below.
First Home Warranty gave us no choice and we were stuck with this company. I paid the deductible ahead of time thinking that this would expedite the process. WRONG.
Mark never answered his email or phone once (I had to *67 him to get a hold of him). 5 days past the requested start date he shows up to fix a pipe leak. He refused to look at the leak and said he was too busy to start that day. Mark also refused to give a start date saying he'd "look at his calendar"
Mark is inconsiderate, lazy, and morally inept

We have had a problem with our water pressure since we moved in to our new place a month ago. It has been extremely painful to take showers because of the pressure, and the water wasn't staying hot very long. The problem was with the shower head (it was really old). I tried everything I could to take off the old shower head but it was rusted and stuck on there. Mark from Carson Plumbing came over today to take a look at it and he fixed the issue within 10 minutes. Mark was extremely friendly and professional. Thank you for helping us!

Carson plumbing was called to my house for water heater replacement by the home warranty company. He replaced but added $400 more in costs and blamed it on permits. It looked exactly the same as when he put the new one and he also put it slanted. What the heck?
I would have not called him with his reviews only be 2 stars. Ask for a different company.

The only reason we went with Carson Plumbing is because they were assigned to us by First American Home Warranty (which also sucks btw). Mark came and to be honest he was very patronizing and had threatening demeanor.
He added on hundreds more for a job that was supposed to be covered by warranty. Then I asked him to look at my sink and said it was a clog to be snaked and we found out it was something else, he took the $75 just to inspect the sink and did not fix the problem stating he did not have time. Also after he left I noticed a water leak in our sink. Sigh.
If you get assigned to this

I have been waiting all week for this plumber, assigned through my First American HOme warranty. Looks like another person has been waiting all day as well. Supposed to have been here between 9am and noon today. I have called many times and repeat the same information. My water has been turned off since dec 29th to keep water damage from happening. That is the day the leak began in my master bathroom.
What is real with this company? I am not sure.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Tub was leaking and our landlord scheduled Carson Plumber to come out and investigate the leak on a Wednesday. Marc showed up with an intern that was training and immediately said the part he needed would need to be ordered and he would return the next day. Ughh, the wait continues.
Marc shows up an hour late on Thursday and after replacing the magical part he needed to order (which was rubber washers that you can buy at ace hardware for $1.00), that I already replaced myself, he tells me this didn't fix the problem and now he needs to replace the "seat

On Sunday September 9, 2018 my toilet was leaking and I called my homeowners insurace. They did not have emergency weekend coverage so I would have had to wait until at least Monday. I was having a medical procedure and couldn't wait until then to get this issue resolved. I went to Yelp and researched plumbers. I then called Carson Plumbing and Brandon was out here within a few hours and quickly fixed my issue. He cleaned everything up, there was no mess left. I am currently having a similar issue with weekend coverage with a busted pipe and I am going to call him since he did such a

It pains me to say this, because I kept giving Mark another chance hoping he'd prove himself, but he simply lacks the knowledge to be an effective plumber. Plus, he is dishonest and will continue to charge you money, even if it's his fault. He tried fixing a leak in our kitchen sink, charging us $250, it was still leaking and he realized the leak was in a different place than he originally thought. Instead of admitting it was his fault and standing by his work he charged us another fee and "fixed" the leak. A few weeks later, the sink was leaking again. Even worse, he broke

Called our home warranty to fix a leak.
Mark from Carson Plumbing was scheduled to inspect the issue. Mark came within the allotted time and was very professional, He figured out what the problem was and fixed the leak. Not only did he fix the leak, which came from the toilet, but he also went above and beyond by replacing the toilet flap and putting an extra wax ring to make sure the leak doesn't happen again.
I highly recommend Carson Plumbing for your plumbing needs. I will use him again, even if it's not through our warranty company.

You see a lot of 1 star and 5 star reviews for Carson Plumbing, and I think both are correct
One star reviews are because of a lack of responsiveness - many people set up appointments through their home warranty company, and no one showed up. I also set up an appointment through my home warranty company to fix a leak, and no one showed up the first day.
Having then gone and read the reviews on yelp, I called up the next day and confirmed several times to ensure that someone would show up that same day. Mark came by our house and he was extremely nice and went the extra mile to help identify

Carson Plumbing deserves NO stars! Horrible company! The are unprofessional and unreliable. This company did not follow up on their service call to my house for 2 weeks. They do not return phone calls or text messages. In my opinion this company should not be used for your plumbing needs. In my opinion Carson Plumbing is the worst plumbing company ever!

I had an issue with a plumbing leak in my upstairs bathroom three days after moving into our new home. My home warranty company covered the issue and contacted a different plumbing company who failed to contact me to inspect the issue. This occurred for approximately two weeks until the warranty company cancelled this company and gave the request to Carson Plumbing.
Mark contacted us within an hour of getting the request and came to our home the next day. He made an assessment and ordered parts as needed. He showed me an improper patch that was likely done by the previous owner to hide the fact

Wish I could give 0 stars! Like the other reviews say they are useless and a waste of time! The insurance company sent this company to my house to fix a water heater that was flooding my garage. He showed up the first day as promised and took a check for $65 from my wife for a service fee and then promised her he would be back tomorrow to install the new heater. Needless to say he didn't show up and after 4 phone calls he finally had the guts to call me back and say sorry he was busy. I have now been without hot water for 4 days and have again been promised it would be taken care of tomorrow

First American sent this contractor to repair my plumbing issues. I was leery based on his reviews. But, Mark was fair, competent and professional with me! He resolved my issues (hassle free). He even looked at additional issues he wasn't being paid to repair. I'm thankful he was the plumber my warranty company sent!

I have to say, my reviews are exactly the same as all others, but I'm just going to write anyway. I had an issue with some clogs in my pipe so I called my home warranty company and unfortunately they hired these guys. First off they didn't come on time, and instead of asking for where the issue was they asked how are we going to pay. They don't take credit cards either. Also without properly assessing the issue just said they need to remove the toilet. WHAT! Unprofessional from the get go. I called up my warranty company and told them never to send these guys over.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I can not begin to tell you how incompetent this company is. I've been waiting for 2 1/2 months for my downstairs bathroom to get fixed. "Mark" showed up at our home after nearly 5 weeks of us waiting just to say the part he has is the wrong one! Then he said he would follow up and he didn't. So that's what my sink looks like. BEWARE! My elderly father now has to go upstairs to wash his hands after every bathroom use. My home warranty sent this company out and I couldn't be more disappointed!

We were unfortunate enough to have this company through First American Home Warranty. Beyond incompetent and rude. They added all of these extra fees to install a hot water heater none of which were authorized... When he refused to pay several hundred dollars in fees they threatened us and then sent text messages saying they were going to put a lien on our house... We contacted First American HomeWarranty And they are informing this company never to contact us again or make threats to us.
