I can't speak to the quality of their service, but I did watch one of their trucks as they cut someone off and then Ran a red light. It was a metered on ramp light, but still. Super rude driver. You have your company's logo on your truck and Anyone that sees you driving like that is going to have a bad opinion of the entire company...just sayin'.

Our water heater busted and we had water flowing into the garage. We called three companies and Prime Plumbing was the only company that was able to come look at our water heater. The technician showed up and immediately put our worries to rest. He took the appropriate COVID mitigation steps to ensure his and our health and safety. He quickly diagnosed the water heater issue and provided multiple courses of action for us to consider. He thoroughly explained the benefits of updating the equipment and how each of the options varied. I would highly recommend Prime Plumbing Solutions.
