We had an emergency sewage issue in our basement at 9pm on a Monday. We called Kelly and within an hour, he was at our house, and immediately knew what the issue was and was able to repair it enough for no damage to occur that evening. He came back the next day and within an hour and a half he repaired the issue fully. We will absolutely use his company's services in the future if needed! Great work ethic and very knowledgeable. Eased my anxiety about the situation immediately.

We had a sewer backup and Kelly quickly determined it was a blockage in the main line and found an oak tree root growing into the main line. The yard was dug up and problem resolved within 24 hours at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I am blown away by this company. I called them for repair to my well pump but they were too far from where I live. They then went out of their way to have me send pics so they could tell me what I needed and what I should be paying. They then went even further to diagnose my issue! This all occurred late in the evening. It says so much about a company that takes their own personal time to help someone out who is not even a customer. I am blown away by the kindness that they showed me and if they do this for a non-customer I can only imagine what they do for their real customers.

Highly recommend Kelly! My husband called about getting a new water heater and Kelly gave us a great price. He was very responsive and even came to our house within an hour later! Everyone was friendly, professional and did good work. We had a great experience with this company and will definitely use them in the future.

We had a kitchen sink that would not drain, even after running a 75 foot snake through it. I called Kelly and he made an appointment for me to resolve my issue. Shortly after he called back to get more details and explained a solution I should try first before he came out. He explained if the solution did not work he would be our first thing the next day. Not only did his idea fix my issue but he called back to check on us and make sure it worked. Kelly Plumbing and Heating did all of this before I had even paid 1 cent. I appreciated that the owner expressed remorse that the finish-out job of our bathroom was so poorly executed. I cried when I saw it. It's our only bathroom, so our move-in was repeatedly delayed. We are currently in the process of trying to salvage what we can in the hopes of making it look more professional. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company for finish-out work. At the moment, we don't have a working shower, because the grout never cured. The paint job is like some kind of horrible joke. They didn't even use primer, because you can see the paint pealing and the green
