Jay ave me a fair price with just pictures of my plumbing issues to assess the job. He showed up with his assistant on time. His work was clean and efficient. And the final bill was even less than his estimate which is rare in any profession. All the parts he used were of a high-quality. I highly recommend his company.

Jay called me promptly and communication was excellent. I like the fact that he incorporates texting, calls, and emails. He sent me an initial quote for review and approval before ordering parts.
