Pond's is very busy, because they are so good. However, they made time for us since the leak was getting bigger. Griffin was very friendly and professional. He ordered the part and returned when the part came in. The water heater is no longer leaking. We are very thankful and will use their services again.

We have two heaters in our house, one for the upstairs and one for the downstairs. Our downstairs heater started having problems so we called Ponds Plumbing,heating and AC. They were very prompt about getting a technician out to see us two days before Christmas. Our technician Alex Gilchrist spent two days troubleshooting and working on the problem and was so awesome in solving and repairing our problem. We are extremely thankful to Alex and Pond's Plumbing, HVAC. They are the best. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing these types of services.

We have been using Pond's for 15 years. They service our furnace, boiler, water heater, etc. every six months and we always have amazing service. They found a crack in our heat exchange this time and were able to get Travis out right away to help us replace the furnace. The Pond's representative assessed the old hot water heater to determine the need for new unit. He explained his plan and changes that would need to be completed prior to installation of the new unit. He reviewed the costs and warranty with me including options. He discussed the amount of time needed and water shut down procedures. He was open to any questions I had regarding the project. At the end of the install he reviewed the information regarding the new unit including temp. settings for the unit. His work was neat and efficient. Overall I would give him a five star rating.

I had an emergency after hours and Steve was quick to come out and create a temporary solution to a problem in my 100+ year old house. He was extremely helpful and worked with me to fix the problem so I could turn the water back on to the rest of my house. The following week Tim installed a new water heater. He clearly explained all the work that would be done and answered all my questions. He and his assistant took extra care to make sure everything was up to code and safe with the challenges of my old house.

This company is outstanding. Pond's has done plumbing, heating and AC work for us. They were able to help me get my garage temperature controlled for my classic cars by installing a mini split and AprilAire humidity control system. We had a problem with a leak in a plumbing fixture over a year after they installed the system. Travis came to my house within hours, fixed the problem himself and Pond's offered to pay for the drywall repairs in the area of the leak without me even asking. That is how you do business. Our AC went out this summer and they were called for our second opinion/quote and boy are we god we did! The first company said we needed a new one and immediately tried selling us their Cadillac system. Ponds came out, said we just needed a new coil and it still had plenty of years left in it. We had a plumber walk our property to quote some work we needed asap. He let us know he could quote us by email within 48 hours-now more than a week and a half later there has been no quote received. We called to follow up and they said they would send it by this weekend. Save yourself some time and energy and hire a company that follows through on their word. Our water filter needed to be changed. We watched YouTube videos and tried our hand. That's when things went south. We couldn't get the filter system to seal. After having another plumbing company give me an estimate this morning I didn't feel comfortable. I decided to stop into Pond's Plumbing for a second opinion. I was greeted immediately and the estimate from pictures was about a third of the competitors estimate. Furthermore, it also included a garbage disposal with installation. If that wasn't good enough, they showed up a few hours later to install it. I will definitely call them next time I need any plumbing or heating work.

My tankless water heater was leaking and I caught it immediately so I called the manufacturer and they recommended some local plumbers who sell and work on this particular model. Pond's was first on the list so I chose them. Called them and they said Plumber would be out in a couple of hours.... no show. Called again and they said the next day.

I wanted to replace a toilet in our new home and asked Jeff Park at Ponds what he recommended. He suggested a high powered flushing toilet. I just moved in to my new home. I decided to have my furnace checked out, and something was wrong under my kitchen sink. They were on time, actually two vans showed up at the same time. One for heating, and the other for the plumbing. They only charged me one service call, that was awesome. They both did such a great job, I am very pleased. They didn't try to up sale me at all, just honesty. Would use again in a heartbeat. The guys were very clean, and actually good looking that was a bonus. They were very professional.
