Ben at Prestige Plumbing is great! We had him come out to fix a leak. He came out quickly and was able to fix the problem. We also had him install a tankless water heater and water softener a few weeks later. He is very knowledgeable and willing to explain all the details to you. We will definitely be calling them again for our plumbing needs.

When we found a leak in our basement, we did the same thing you are doing now- we googled plumbers. Prestige Plumbing has excellent reviews, so we called them. Ben came out right away and quickly identified the problem and fixed it. He went above and beyond during his visit- he made sure that other plumbing components (installed by a different company) were installed correctly, and answered all of our plumbing questions. I hope that we don’t need a plumber for a long time- but when we do, I will absolutely be calling Prestige Plumbing. I am always skeptical when a company only has good reviews

This was by far the best experience I’ve had with any home updates period. Brittney was incredible to coordinate with, both calling AND texting and she never made me feel dumb for not knowing the correct terminology or anything. The actual toilet replacement went perfectly, Ben was on time and very communicative the entire job. He was in and out in 90 minutes. Very pleased with a job well done! 10/10!
