No question - 5 stars in every category. Fixed a leaking gas pipe through the wall where it exited to an outdoor bathroom. I’m no plumber but I’m sure it wasn’t an easy job, going from inside to the outside and back again, plus working a tight space with no light. Thought it would have cost way more than it did. If you need a plumber, call Gilbert plumbing first. Couldn’t be more pleased!!!

Gilbert Plumbing installed dual 50-gallon water heaters to replace my old failing 40 gallon unit. When my old unit began leaking, I needed urgent help. Gilbert Plumbing was responsive to me and quickly put me on the schedule.
I am an obsessive person and can be quite picky in how jobs get done. Gilbert Plumbing was accommodating to my eccentric requests even though the job became more complex. The job ended up looking neat, tidy, and top quality.

I'm more of a do-it-myself kind of guy most of the time, but I don't think I'll ever tackle a plumbing job again after Lance helped us get water and a drain routed for a washer / dryer. He was efficient, respectful, and his prices were extremely fair. I will be using him again as plumbing needs arise in the future. He is definitely someone I feel I can trust.

Lance has always been great to work with. He's considerate of your time, responsive when you call, and try's his best to fit you in as soon as he can. He is always within a reasonable amount of what he quotes for the work upfront. I've never had a problem with his work. He is honest with his work and doesn't waste your time or money.
