We were looking to do a complete remodel of our master bathroom. Scott Stovall came to our home in late July 2019 and we discussed all that we wanted to do. He agreed to do it but said that he wouldn’t be able to get to it until sometime in October. We agreed to that. We also asked him about doing renovations to our deck to which he said he could probably get to sooner. I received an email from Scott on 7/26/19 saying that he would get a contract drawn up and “I will stay in contact with you.” Scott sent us a preliminary outline of costs for the bathroom shortly after (but not the deck),
