Our team has extensive experience working with architects locally and out-of-state.
Malliett Construction also has an in-house home and interior design team available to craft your home with you. Our finish team can work with hardwood and softwood of any species from rough-saw lumber to the finished product. We make custom trims including: crown molding, door casing, base trims and much more.
We also specialize in cabinets, hardwood flooring, & interior/exterior doors. It was a breath of fresh air when we engaged Randy and Christy to help us on our Cottage project. They inspired confidence, and their work and attention to detail so far supports it.

Since 1986 Malliett Construction has been building custom homes on the beautiful shorelines of West Michigan.
