With our Design-Build business model, we are responsible for both the design and the construction phases of your project. The design stage will allow us to create design specifications based directly on your input - you choose all of the options that fit your wishes and your budget. Once design and planning are complete, and permits have been secured, we will build the project as per the plans and the specifications agreed upon.

Inspired Home Builders has done two projects for me now. First, they remodeled our kitchen and now they have done our bathroom as well. Both projects were timely and on budget. Sarah their designer was so helpful in making design choices and helping and educating us on different products that were in our budget. We wanted to stay local in finding a contractor for our home renovation and reached out to IHB in February (2018). They came to our home to do a walkthrough. In fact, they did two. The second was with an electrician. They stated the project could possibly be started in June of 2018. They requested a $500 deposit from us. We paid them half immediately. That, we believed, was the beginning of a working relationship. A month or so pass and IHB emailed us a few pictures of options of what our home could look like once finished.
