Scott Krietzer is the most unprofessional, nasty plumber I've ever dealt with. From the minute he came to my house he complained about having to still work and how he hates plumbing and is ready to retire. You can't ask him a question because he interrupts and is angry all the time. He screwed up the installation of a water heater alarm and didn't help to resolve the issue. He put the onus on us to call the part company and said the part was defective - not true! We had to resolve the issue on our own and for two days had no hot water!

Terrible service. Had to call my apartment complex about a water heater , plumbers arrived and refused to do anything until they received a 60.00 to which I had no knowledge of. Plumber with blonde hair and tattoos was EXTREMELY disrespectful about it in my own home would NEVER recommend you let these people into where you live

My experience with All-Boro was very positive. Scott kept me informed of when he would be able to schedule my appointment, and let me know when he was on the way to my house. He took care of the problem, and gave me suggestions on what to do in the future, to avoid the problem from happening again. I was very pleased with the service All-Boro provided to me.
