Had an issue and called this company before reading online reviews. Quickly scheduled appt, and then questioned my choice while I was waiting on the tech to arrive. However, pleasantly surprised. Prompt arrival within 2 hours of making call. Friendly technician completed the work quickly. I wouldn't be afraid to use them, again, in the future or recommend them to others.

Terrible customer service. Said they had us on the schedule for 3 weeks and my husband took off work for them to come out. Called the day before they were supposed to come to confirm and was told by Michelle that they didn't have us on the schedule. Wouldn't reccommend them to anybody! If you wanna wait for a month and have them reschedule and then act like they don't know what your talking about then call them.
