Our tankless water heater stopped working at 10pm one evening this week. I called Executive Plumbing as they did superb work for us last time. Nate, the owner himself arrived the next day and diagnosed the problem. The thermal fuse had gone. The part turned out to be on back order, but rather than leave us with no hot water, Nate came back the next day and was able to work a temporary fix so that at least we could have hot water for the next few days while the part is sourced. We have found Nate to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and excellent at his craft. He is a pleasure to work with
