Face it, nobody wakes up and goes "I think I'll hire a plumber today." No, water showing up where it's not supposed to, especially inside your house, is never a good thing. It's happened twice in the same week with me. One required a roofer. Another a plumber. I went to Yelp for recommendations on both. Of the 4 plumbers that responded, I picked ARC for a number of reasons. First, they responded quickly. Second, they were available. Third, they were somewhat in the ballpark of the quotes I got, not the highest, not the lowest. They also did not tack on a trip charge which

Bradly came out, in the middle of a rain storm, and gave me an estimate for two water spigots on the exterior of the house. Despite one being a bit of a pain, he did a great job and replaced them despite it pouring down rain and him getting soaked. He took his time despite his own discomfort and also took the time to work on getting me an estimate for a tankless water heater. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with arc plumbing. They were able to come sooner than expected. They do not charge trip charges and that was surprisingly wonderful. They were able to get my Jacuzzi tub back up and running at no cost because it was just the GFI switch that needed to be pushed. I will definitely call them again.

Our gas water heater was draining water through the T&P valve. Technician from ARC assessed the problem and suggested that the Expansion tank *and* T&P valve needed to be replaced. The parts & labor for replacing both items would cost $306. Additionally, the technician told me that he didn't have an expansion tank in his truck and that they would have to order it which would take a few days. Initially, I was disappointed that they didn't have expansion tank in stock. So, I told the technician that I would get someone else to come and provide a quote for comparison.

I had just moved into a new house I bought. An electrician broke a water pipe in my attic. Which caused major damage In the thousands of dollars...A ceiling and insulation came down. Arc as well as 911 and the firefighters were called. ARC Plumbing came over immediately at 8:00-9:00 at night and fixed the immediate problem and were back the next morning to update some plumbing pipes. I totally trust Brantley and Bradley. They are my plumbers/engineers. Love these guys...Very professional and knowledgeable!!!

We used ARC to replace the anode rod in our water heater. Everything from scheduling to them performing the work went smoothly and professionally. Their technician (Brantley) was very helpful and explained a lot about water heater issues that will be helpful for us going forward. They were also able to stay accurate to the originally quoted price.

I am a retired electrical contractor and so I know what needs to be done with small projects like what I needed here, moving my washing machine hookup including the drain upstairs from the basement.

Just had Benjamin out first for free quote, was very helpful, gave mini training on types of toilets, and best kind, flow gravity, etc. He spent about 35 minutes and was very fair. Hired them the next day and Benjamin was the installer for new toilet and was done in just over an hour. VERY PROFESSIONAL & ON TIME, will use them again for the other 2 toilets.
