I had a really positive experience with Midtown Plumbing. It was easy to schedule an appointment and I really appreciated the text with the picture of my technician. My technician Matt was also extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through several options to fix my issue. I will definitely be using them again in the future

Tracy was dispatched to our home when our shower pressure had suddenly dropped and the water temperature was inconsistent. He arrived timely, explained everything in layman's terms, and was generally pleasant to interact with. We were pleased with how quickly and thoroughly he was able to resolve all issues. Such great and thorough service from Midtown Plumbing. Jason came out to help me investigate a smell coming from our bathroom vanity as well as our boys' bathroom. He diagnosed our problem and educated me all along the way, and fixed our issues efficiently and thoroughly. Midtown Plumbing has provided us excellent service over the last year in different houses. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. They always showed up on time, communicated clearly and were very thorough. Matt was our most recent technician and we had quite a bit of work for him to do after returning to our house after a 9 month renovation. He was very knowledgeable and fixed all of our issues properly If we have any additional problems, I will not hesitate to call Midtown again.

So I asked them to see if they can fix a toilet that keeps making refill noise and I was worried there is a leak. The guy came and said the issue was a flapper. Replaced it and charged me ~$140. The toilet continue to make noise and I called them again. They came back and said now the issue the flushing valve and said they will charge me ~$200 to replace the part. So a complete new set of toilet will cost around $150 or a complete flushing system will cost $25. They just want to charge me $340 to just have the same toilet with new flapper and flushing valve. Their business practice isn't fair and

Every step of my interactions with Midtown was a refreshing change of pace from my experience with any other trade company. It's super easy to schedule an appointment whether you call or use the website (if you call, someone actually picks up the phone!) Jason was assigned to repair our leaky faucet and shower head and took the time to explain everything to me, walked through our options and told us what to expect. He and the rest of the Midtown crew exemplified professionalism and doing business the right way from top to bottom. We'll be using Midtown for anything plumbing related from here on

Tracy was great. I called Midtown after discovering a pretty severe leak under my house and they were able to come out within an hour and had it fixed within another hour. Tracy was so kind and professional and also gave me a lot of information about the issue I had and what I could do proactively in the future. I would certainly recommend them and will be using their services for future plumbing needs.

I just had a horrible experience with Midtown Plumbing, LLC. They were scheduled for last Friday, which I had to cancel for medical reasons, and rescheduled and later confirmed for Tuesday. They showed up Monday, which the owner insisted wasn’t his fault because computer systems are man-made and make errors (after Amber the scheduler told me earlier that Monday’s appointment was the one I scheduled, despite confirmations for Tuesday).

Absolutely amazing experience! After another local company royally screwed up the job, I called Midtown and they were able to come out on super short notice and save the day. They fixed a massive issue, were on time, incredibly professional, and the communication and text appointment reminders were unmatched by other service providers in our area. The owner was super sweet and even called me personally to discuss the issue before the appointment and after to make sure I was happy with their service. The entire experience was exceptional and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.
