Called these guys to come out and find out why our walk in cooler wasn't working. They came out and looked at the unit. They told us there was a leak but that they couldn't find it and wanted more money to actually find the problem. Not repair the problem, just find the problem. charged us $125 to not find the leak. We got Ft. Heating and air to come out. They found the leak and fixed it.

A little background first. We live in an apartment in the Lakewood area and have had a heating issue for at least the past 3 years. Since we've lived here our HVAC system has been the biggest pain in the a$$ as it would routinely go out at the start of winter and work some days and not others. Because of this, we've been told everything from the unit has a slow leak, to it just needs to be re-charged and that there was nothing wrong because it seems to be working now.
Recently our HVAC system became irreparable

Manny at the airflow is awesome he and our technician Will, provided some of the best service and customer service I have encountered in Fort Collins ever. I would work with these guys again in a heartbeat. They make sure the job is done right and even went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in the interim
