Emmerson is very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He explained the pros and cons of various products. He provided a proposal of the cost along with explanations of the items. He did not inquire what the proposals from three other companies were prior to presenting me his proposal. The installations were completed in the timeframe that was scheduled. The employees who assisted in the installation were also very knowledgeable, kind, respectful, and professional.

I have dealt with Emmerson twice over the past year and he is always very helpful. He is very knowledgeable about HVAC systems. Today he installed an upgraded filter system on my furnace and did a great job. He and his assistant Lee showed up when they said they would and completed the job.
Even though it took longer than he planned on, he still honored the quoted price. Friendly helpful service every time!

I was referred to Emmerson (owner of EPIC Heating and Air) by another HVAC company that was too busy to take on more work. EPIC fit me in quickly and did a great job of diagnosing and fixing my furnace. I have since used EPIC for 2 more jobs (to move a vent during a remodel and to re-route a dryer vent through the roof) and I could not be more pleased with the quality of work. Emmerson is smart, soft-spoken and will not try to "upsale" you. His crew is also professional and his rates are much more reasonable than the "big guys". So glad I found Emmerson!

Emmerson is a very professional and honest business owner. I found him to be a great man of integrity and character. His prices are well below those of the big companies. His company employee were very professional and respectful of my home. I was told by a larger company that I needed my furnace and air conditioner replaced. As it turned out I only needed to replace my heating system. When I need to replace my air conditioner I will definitely have Epic come back for the replacement

Problems with the current A/C unit led us to contacting three local service providers, Epic being one. Emmerson was direct, confidence, and offered an overall evaluation that was easy for a homeowner (like me) to understand. Was provided two options: replace only A/C unit and replace A/C and Furnace. The full replacement made sense, because of the age of both, Cost was half of the competitive quote. They worked to get the system installed as quickly as possible. Emerson is the guy to call for your heat and air needs. He is very good at identifying problems and making suggestions on how to make something work more efficiently. We've worked with him several times now - for moving vents, adding new vents, increasing the air output on the second floor, adding/moving bath fans, adding a stove fan, and fixing attic vents. Emerson and his son are professional, friendly, and very focused on helping the customer get to a better outcome within a budget. I can't say enough good about Emerson after working with him the last two years.
