We just bought a house two weeks ago that was inspected three weeks ago when the A/C unit passed inspection with flying colors. Ten days after moving in my husband noticed the A/C was constantly running hard and had not cut off once since we moved in. He decided to have a second opinion. My father in law called Shaun Cooper to come out and check our unit.
Mr. Copper came out within 24 hours and inspected the indoor and outdoor units. He immediately discovered several different things that ultimately led to us needing an entire new unit indoor and out.
