Received a call back promptly after leaving a message with the after hours receptionist. The on call tech was very polite and ready to help. I scheduled an appointment for an evaluation/repair. Service tech Mickey arrived on time and was very professional and informative. He was able to explain the repair/maintenance options in an easy to understand manner. Great value and great service.

These guys always do excellent work, have a cheerful attitude, and finish up quickly. I've had nothing but positive experiences with them, and really appreciate that they offer weekend service for a reasonable extra fee. We are new to Hattiesburg and had no idea what kind of heating unit we have in our house or what condition it is in. We called Oak Grove this morning and Josh Hogan arrived at 2:00pm. I just had these folks come out to change out our upstairs HVAC system. Our 14-year-old unit was low/leaking Freon, and rather than Band-Aid it, I figured it was a good idea to replace it now instead of waiting for a summer emergency. Kelvin was very helpful and patient in answering all of my questions and laying out options from good, better, and best. Ultimately, we selected something in the Lennox Elite line. I did a fair bit of research, and it seems the Lennox products are some of the most reliable and they pair their brand with good installers.

I recently had them replace our Heat Pump and Air Handler, and I was very happy with the service. Obviously, paying for a new air conditioner is never fun, but every time I went into their office to sign paperwork they always remembered me, called me by name, and were very polite. The installers were professional and quick. They cleaned up after themselves and took time to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend them.
