These guys are life savers! Literally! I called after another company had come out to examine our heating unit. We had just bought the house so we had never used the heat. The other company told us the issue was the gas valve was off so they turned it back on. Of course that didn't fix the issue so we called Alan's. Alan and Josh came out and diagnosed the issue within ten minutes. It turns out the valve was off intentionally because it could have led to an explosion!!! I called Alan for a Spring service check on my two heat pumps after reading good reviews on Google. I'm glad I did!
Alan and Josh really know their stuff. While checking the two units, they quickly diagnosed an issue with one unit dripping water. Turns out the condensation drain line was incorrectly installed with two p-traps, thus preventing air/water flow and causing buildup in the pipe. The drain was just backed up so the condensation wasn't properly draining and just dripping under the unit instead. They removed a p-trap and added a blowout valve. Units are ready for Summer and we won't have

Alan and Josh are great to deal with and are very knowledgeable. They installed a new unit in our home after ours went out. They even purchased a window unit to help keep us cool during the process. Stayed late a couple of nights to get the work completed. Price was fair and service was awesome. Would recommend these guys to anyone!!!!

Highly recommended! I had to replace an aging 5 ton unit this spring. I got three estimates for comparable units. Alan gave me a great price for a high quality two stage heat pump and air handler. My energy bill is down about 15% per month thanks to the high efficiency unit and the duct upgrades he recommended. They started work quickly and finished on time. His crew is friendly, honest and knowledgeable. The best thing about using this company is that you will be dealing directly with the owner of a local business. Not my experience with other local A/C companies! Alan will quote a fair price
