If you are looking for OK or decent company to mow your lawn or landscape your yard, look elsewhere. I am not even talking about good company, just decent. If I could rate a zero star, I would. Here are the following reasons. 1. This company can change the price of the service anytime it wants. It quoted us the price for both properties in may. It is looking to increase our rate now during the same physical year. So the contract does not protect the customer, it only protects the company. 2. This company will choose to do area at its will. After calling and then emailing - it’s been more than 5 weeks waiting on an estimate. Will not do business with this company despite giving them several chances to “reschedule” an estimate. If you are going to advertise how professional your business is, at least send someone in a timely manner and get back to customers in the same time and you’d like to be paid.

Had an appointment for an estimate at 1:00. Received a call at 1:15 stating the estimator was at the front door and no one was home. I opened the door and instructed the lady that called the estimator was not there. She said she'd call me back. At 1:25, she called and said the estimator knocked on the door and no one came so he left. To be late is one thing but to lie on top of it. Not worth the hassle. There are plenty of responsible and respectable businesses out there. Take your business elsewhere

I called Togo several times over the course of a few weeks in order to schedule them to come mow my back yard. Since I already had an account with Togo, I figured this would be rather simple. Yet, despite my numerous messages, never received a call back. Once, when I did get a person on the line, I asked about pricing, was told that she would call back within a few minutes with a price, and never heard back from anyone.
Therefore I am moving on to another company. How do they stay in business if they do not return calls of current customers or actually

Superb service and price. Used them for several years and also referred them to friends. Just received a letter from them, asking IF they could increase their charge and by how much!! Who does that?! Every other company I deal with increases the price and sends the new invoice! Keep up the good service.

My mom and I have both used Togo Landscaping for tree services and loved them. When I contacted Togo, they were out for an estimate and removed all 6 dead trees within that same week. I wasn't expecting it to happen that quickly so I was pleasantly surprised. I thought pricing was good and I'll definitely be contacting Togo for any future tree removal or pruning.

We saw the reviews online and it heard some good things about them so we thought we'd give it a try. Initially, very responsive and came out when they were supposed to. However, they did not complete part of the work in the contract and it is now two weeks later. Despite multiple promises over the phone and assurances that we were on the schedule and they were "absolutely coming today", the work it's still not completed. The work they did do was fine, but what has been left undone leaves my yard a complete embarrassment.
